Terms of Service

AutoLabz (operating as SAB.GOC.LTD) provides professional automotive detailing services from locations in Trenton and Kingston, Ontario, Canada. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our services.

All services are provided by appointment. Submitting a booking request through our website or contacting us directly does not guarantee an appointment until you receive a confirmation from AutoLabz.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible if a change is required.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

AutoLabz reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment issues, or staff availability. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time.

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary based on the condition and size of your vehicle and will be confirmed at the time of booking or upon inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and major payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.

You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, defects, or special conditions of your vehicle prior to service. AutoLabz will not be held liable for damage that was pre-existing or that results from undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service on vehicles that pose a health or safety risk to our staff, including but not limited to vehicles with excessive mould, biohazardous materials, or structural damage.

AutoLabz takes great care in servicing your vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

AutoLabz is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle during the service. We recommend removing all valuables before your appointment.

A student discount is available upon presentation of a valid student ID at the time of service. The discount applies to standard detailing packages only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

All content on the AutoLabz website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AutoLabz (SAB.GOC.LTD) and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

AutoLabz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
